Orders can be canceled up to the time they are fulfilled. 

Once your order has been fulfilled, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier, and we can no longer stop the order from being delivered. At that point, you can refuse the delivery and have it returned to sender. Upon receiving it back at our warehouse, we can review and approve for a refund.

Please email our team with your cancellation request as soon as possible.

You will receive confirmation of your cancellation if we’re able to make it happen.
