What if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?Updated 2 months ago

Lost packages

At Ocoa Beauty, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. In the event that your order is lost during transit,  we are not liable for any lost or damaged packages during shipping. Please get in touch with the shipping carrier to file a claim for the lost package. USPS Priority Packages and UPS Ground/ Next Day include a $100 shipping insurance. USPS First Class Packages or USPS Parcel Select Ground do not have shipping insurance coverage.

Damaged packages

We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please report to our customer support team at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the order and include photos of the damaged items or package.

We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
