Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

• To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.

Inspection & Ineligible Returns

• All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

• Returns will not be accepted if the product is:

  • Opened, used, or not in its original condition.

  • Damaged or missing parts not due to our error.

  • Returned after the 30-day window.

• If a product is deemed ineligible for return, it will be sent back to the customer in the condition it was received.
