Our "Keep It" Sustainable Policy: To reduce our carbon footprint and maintain hygiene standards, we do not require you to ship liquid products back to us. If your refund is approved, we encourage you to gift the product to a "curl friend" or donate it to a local shelter.

Refund Details
Credit: Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
