Eligibility for Returns
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.
Inspection & Ineligible Returns
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
Returns will not be accepted if the product is:
Opened, used, or not in its original condition.
Damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
Returned after the 30-day window.
If a product is deemed ineligible for return, it will be sent back to the customer in the condition it was received.
