How do I make a return?Updated 2 months ago

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log into your Ocoa customer account.

  2. Go to your Order History.

  3. Select the order number you wish to return.

  4. Choose the item(s) you want to return.

  5. Provide a brief reason for the return and upload a photo if applicable.

  6. Submit the return request.

  7. Allow 1–2 business days for a response. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • For items valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), you will be notified of approval or denial.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, final sale, or other reasons. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
