Absolutely NOT. We welcome all curly hair self-loving women (and men)  into our sisterhood of gorgeous curls. Our brand is inspired in the Dominican Republic, our hometown. However, as curly women we all face the same challenges and issues with our curls (most since childhood).  That's why we created Ocoa. Our purpose is to honor curly-haired women, like you, while we help you find confidence in your authentic natural beauty by using luxe, clean, minimal ingredients that actually work.
